Cancer is such an awful disease that has taken the lives of so many.
Eight years ago, my Papaw underwent colon cancer surgery at the age of 90. Today he is 97 and Cancer free.
My sister had breast cancer at a young age of 32. After a few years of fighting, she is also cancer free!
The funds I’m raising will sustain critical research and provide services for people trying to cope with their cancer experience. Believe me, every dollar really does count, so I’m asking you to please donate today. Together, we can make a big difference in the fight against cancer.

Goodfella’s Roofing & Construction is proud to host a Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at our Whitehouse, TX location — all in support of the American Cancer Society.

This isn’t just a yard sale — it’s a chance for our East Texas community to come together, find great deals, and make a real difference. Every purchase helps fund cancer research, patient programs, and the ongoing fight to end cancer for good.

Shop everything from furniture and home goods to clothing, tools, toys, and more — all donated by generous local supporters.

In honor of National Cancer Awareness Month (June), the first 50 shoppers will receive a lavender ribbon pin — representing all cancer types — along with a personal thank-you note from Dayton Longfellow, Champion of Hope 2025.

Plus, enjoy food on-site and a bounce house for the kids, making this a fun and meaningful family event.
